Training Specialist Duties

• There are some main responsibility of designing and developing the health and safety accord training program, which is meeting the need of clients.
• Delivering the training program to client, either in the person and online and evaluating the effectiveness of training program to making recommendation for improvements.
• Evaluating and conducting need assessment to identify training gap and opportunities
• Collaboration with client and developing the customized training solutions

Training Specialist Requirements
